4. Lemon juice + egg + olive oil

The egg is rich in vitamins, proteins, and fatty acids which are very good for hair health. It contains in particular vitamin D which would have acted in a considerable way on women suffering from alopecia. Combined with the polyphenols in olive oil , it protects damaged hair, nourishes it, and restores strength and shine.

To prepare this mask, mix the juice of half a lemon, an egg, and 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Massage the mask into your hair. Leave the mask on for an hour before rinsing off.

5. Lemon juice + avocado oil + shea butter

Avocado oil is rich in fatty acids and vitamin E which help nourish hair deeply. Thanks to its moisturizing action, it helps to strengthen and increase hair growth by promoting good hair health. In addition, the butter shea softens the hair and facilitates the production of sebum making them stronger and shinier hair.

To prepare this mask, mix a tablespoon of shea butter, two tablespoons of avocado oil, and the juice of half a lemon. Then apply the mask all over your hair and leave it on for 2 hours before rinsing off.

6. Lemon juice + aloe vera + coconut oil

The aloe vera is rich in vitamins A, B6, and B9. It cleans the hair by regulating the production of sebum, preventing the hair from being too greasy or on the contrary too dry. In addition, aloe vera promotes blood circulation in the scalp, stimulating hair growth. In addition, coconut oil perfectly hydrates the scalp. Rich in vitamin A and E, it helps fight against hair dryness and gives hair suppleness and shine.

To apply this mask, mix in a bowl two tablespoons of coconut oil with two tablespoons of aloe vera gel. Then apply the mask to your hair and let sit for 1 hour before rinsing.

Warnings

It is not recommended to expose yourself to the sun after applying lemon to the hair. Be sure to rinse off the mask before going out to avoid weakening and damaging your hair tissue.

Before using an essential oil, do a skin test by applying a drop to a thin part of the skin (hollow of the elbow or inside of the wrist) and wait 48 hours to avoid any risk of allergy.
