Sleeping well is essential to allow your cells to regenerate but also to soothe your nervous system. A  study indicates that the French are recording less and less complete sleep and therefore sleep less than 6 hours. If Morpheus sulks you, this necessarily has reasons that you must identify in order to have a peaceful sleep. According to  Dr. Sanchari Sinha Dutta, sleep deprivation can lead to health problems and can have multiple causes.

1. stress

When you experience one or more stress peaks throughout the day, your body secretes adrenaline and cortisol. These hormones increase the heartbeat.  Factors that precipitate sleep disturbances and can even cause anxiety, a disorder that can be chronic.

2.A change in working hours

If you work alternating day and night shifts, your sleep can be impacted. When you get used to a rhythm of work, your nights take the fold and this creates sleep disturbances and impacts the biological clock. If your time slots vary during the month, this is probably the reason why you are sleeping poorly.

3.a new baby

If childbirth is always a happy event, not sure if the same is true for your sleep. And for good reason,  it takes some time to adapt before the baby has uninterrupted nights and so do you! The stress inherent in a new birth can prevent you from getting proper rest.

4.A time change

Whether it is winter or summertime,  this change of time zone inevitably ends up having an impact on our biological clock. It takes time for the body to get used to a change.

5.High brightness

Open curtains can slow down the phenomenon of falling asleep. And for good reason,  the light sends the signal to the brain to stay active.

6.a bad mattress

A comfortable bed is the cornerstone of good sleep. It is for this reason that you must choose your bedding carefully. Prefer a rather hard mattress to properly support your back. If it is too soft, it will prevent you from having a deep sleep and may even cause you body aches.

If you are not aware of it,  an allergy can greatly affect the quality of your sleep. For example, you may be allergic to dog or cat hair and if so, it may prevent you from sleeping well if you have a companion in your bed.

8.a bad pillow

The choice of your bedding is important, especially when it comes to the pillow. This should support your neck so that you can fall asleep comfortably. Also, be sure to tilt it so that it does not affect your breathing.

9.a good temperature

The temperature in your bedroom should be conducive to falling asleep. Make sure that the latter is not too dry because this can dry out your throat, hence the interest that it is somewhat wet. Conversely,  a room that is too hot can prevent you from falling asleep comfortably and insufficient sleep could cause health problems.

10. Medicines

Before taking any medication, read the instructions carefully because some of them affect the quality of sleep. If you have started treatment and have had trouble falling asleep since then,  this may be a problem. Warning: never stop taking it without consulting a doctor.

Screen time can keep you from falling asleep. And for good reason: the blue light of the latter decreases the level of melatonin, the sleep hormone. Half an hour before going to sleep, turn everything off. So you put yourself in a condition to go into a deep sleep. Lack of sleep can be very dangerous especially when you are used to sleeping less than 6 hours.

12.Poor diet

Generally speaking,  a poor diet affects the whole functioning of the body, including sleep. Consuming magnesium is great for reducing stress that can lead to insomnia. The vitamin B complex is also indicated to improve the quality of your sleep.
